I use Quickbooks Online for all bookkeeping service packages shown below. I also use Dropbox online document storage because it's secure and accessible on any device. When set-up, you will be given a Dropbox folder to house your records and store documents needed for me to handle your accounting.

What is a transaction?
Any Deposit, Check, Paycheck, Debit or Credit Purchase/Payment, or Vendor Payment
What is an Account?
Any Bank, Credit Card, Payment Clearing, or Payroll Clearing on your books that experiences 30 or more transactions per month.
Fewer than 30 transactions per month free with each paid Plan.
What is a Business Division?
Any accounting split in your books to show your Profit & Loss by: Product Line, Address, Job Site, etc.
What is included in Payroll Management?
I will record your payroll detail by check and reconcile that to your payroll reporting from your payroll service and your bank account.
A separate payroll processing service/company is required.
ONBOARDING DOCUMENTATION NEEDED
I will convert your books from on program over to Quickbooks Online. The program is included in your Service Plan.
I will also setup a Dropbox folder for your business to exchange documents in a secure fashion with you.
To setup your bookkeeping, I will need:
Your tax returns for the past two years
If on a bookkeeping system, your reconciled records.
Paid receipts
Sales receipts
Entity formation documents
Payroll Records
HR Records
Vendor W-9's
Copies of your Insurance
Other documents as necessary to setup and maintain your accounting.
