VIRTUAL CFO
I offer a Virtual CFO service that includes your Bookkeeping Service Plan, Quarterly Forecasting, Annual Planning, Strategic Planning, Month-end Variance to Plan/Forecast Analytics, Key-Performance Indicator Reporting, and Annual Tax Filing.
While I'm not a lawyer, I do have several years experience writing and negotiating contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars, so I can advise you of the business implications of contractual language you may be considering.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Over the years, I've automated processes in Microsoft Excel and Access (smaller business applications), and designed automated process flows using SQL data pulls into Hyperion Reporting and Tableau (larger analytic needs).  What I've found is that while IT professionals can build the product, if it isn't designed appropriately up front, then it won't work in an automated fashion....and sometimes it can even move your process backwards in terms of efficiency. I use my end-user design philosophy combined with an ability to bridge the communication gap between the business and IT to build automated solutions that really help your business grow.
